Low – Light Vision ( Ex ): Dara can see twice as far as a human in starlight, moonlight, torchlight, and similar conditions of shadowy illumination. She retains the ability to distinguish color and detail under these conditions.
Change Shape ( Su ): Dara has the ability to assume the appearance of a specific creature or type of creature (usually a humanoid), but she retains most of her own physical qualities. A true seeing spell or ability reveals her natural form. She reverts to her natural form when killed, but separated body parts retain their shape. She cannot use this ability to take the form of a creature with a template. Dara retains the type and subtype of her original form. She gains the size of her new form. She loses the natural weapons and movement modes of her original form, as well as any extraordinary special attacks not derived from class levels (such as the barbarian’s rage class feature). She gains the natural weapons, movement modes, and extraordinary special attacks of her new form. She retains all other special attacks and qualities of her original form, except for breath weapons and gaze attacks, as well as her ability scores and except as described elsewhere, all her other game statistics, including (but not necessarily limited to) her HD, hit points, skill ranks, feats, base attack bonus, and base save bonuses.she retains her spellcasting ability, although she must retain the ability to speak intelligibly to cast spells with verbal components and she must still have humanlike hands to cast spells with somatic components. She is effectively camouflaged as a creature of her new form, and gains a +10 bonus on Disguise checks if she uses this ability to create a disguise. Any gear worn or carried by her that can’t be worn or carried in her new form instead falls to the ground around her. If she changes size, any gear she wears or carries that can be worn or carried in her new form changes size to match the new size. (Nonhumanoid-shaped creatures can’t wear armor designed for humanoid-shaped creatures, and viceversa.) Gear returns to normal size if it is dropped.

DRAWBACKS ( Ex ):
Heat / Cold Susceptibility: Dara’s body doesn’t react well to particularly hot or cold temperatures; she takes double damage from prolonged exposure to extreme heat or cold ( pg 213, d20 modern core rule book )
Festering Sores: Dara’s skin is currently covered with festering, painful sores as a result of the mutations she underwent. It makes it hard for her to wear any type of armor, decreasing it’s maximum dexterity bonus by – 2 & it’s armor penalty by – 4.
Lethargy: Dara has trouble reacting swiftly to danger, thanks to slow electrical impulses running through her central nervous system. She suffers a – 2 on all of her reflex saves.
Pheromone repulsion: Dara releases pheromones that other creatures find repulsive. she has – 4 penalty on all diplomacy & handle animal checks made against creatures within 30 ft. of her.
MUTATIONS ( Ex ):
Minor Psionic Talent: Far Hand: (con) minor telekinesis; attack action, then as move action move object up to 5 lbs of weight 15 ft in any direction; Manifest 3x at no power point cost, Manifester level = 1/2 character level.
Moderate Psionic Talent: lesser concussion: (con) mentally pummel target for 1d6 damage, either lethal or non lethal; attack action to manifest, 100 ft. + 10 ft/Manifester level, on sight even if target is in melee or has partial cover or concealment; inanimate objects aren’t affected

Coordinate: Dara has aquired the knack to get people to work together. When she spends one full round directing her allies, she makes a charisma check (dc 10) & when successful she provides her allies within 30 ft from her a + 1 bonus to attack rolls & skill checks, lasting for a total no. of rounds equal to Dara’s charisma modifier. She can coordinate a no. of allies equal to one half of her charismatic hero level, rounded down ( minimumof one ).

Dara Minnesota is living a new life; she actually has a new identity; she has totally no recall that she had a much different identity & life before the apocalypse. She was Joyce Dara, a starting corporate lawyer at suarez & narvasa lawfirm in ortigas; she was also a prolific zumba zin. When the apocalypse happened, Joyce was driving along edsa, quezon city part. As a result of the magnitude 10 earthquake that came along the heels of the apocalypse. Joyce was thrown outside her car. She survived, languishing on what remained of the highway for several days, while she mutated, acquiring her blue complexion & the festering sores upon her body, plus her other mutations. Her psionic mutations caused the memories of her former life to be wiped away, including all knowledge of all her significant ties plus her former education & professional experience, leaving behind the most basic rudimentary knowledge necessary for her survival. Beside that the only thing she remembered was the word Dara, her former surname, which she made into her name. She shortly found one of the books she had with her in her car at the onset of the apocalypse – The Historic presidential election results by county for Minnesota. She then adopted the surname Minnesota.
She then proceeded to wander away from her ruined car at edsa just across the ruins of what was once SM city, now being raided by looters. Now feeling very hungry she joins in the looting, proceeding to take whatever she can, especially food & water.
She then wanders off into the former quezon city pag asa area for several days while successfully fending off or escaping from would be thieves or much-worse thugs that want more from her than just the meager provisions she has managed to loot & scavenged until she gets to join a large no of displaced quezon city residents who proceed to form a new community among the ruins of pag asa, qc – one among several communities now starting to be formed by surviving qc residents.
The community thrives & grows in the next few years, in which Dara is a contributing member, living a very rural oriented lifestyle along with every other member of the community. She is also able to progress to become a minor leader, leading one of several foraging groups of the community tasked to find whatever food, water, & other useful things they can find among the ruins of quezon city. Dara also volunteers into the community militia & gets some basic combat training from former QCPD officers who have joined the community & are leading it’s defense from raiding ‘marauders’, mostly coming from what was once the Makati area which has now become a powerful feudal-type state, mutant slavers from the mutant arm of radillos, and hunters from the zoopremacists based at what was once malabon & caloocan, hunting community members for food.
One Unique Thing:
There is another thing which happened to Dara during the apocalypse, but this is something she can still remember with the help of such things as deep hypnosis. Dara was chanced upon one of the many scouting parties of the surviving hoffman institute, now called the Hoffman movement, after they regrouped deep within the area that was once the australian continent. These agents planted " prophecy " nano augmentation nanobytes that enable her to recieve visual & audio data from a linked computer. Dara would soon percieve these data sent to her by the hoffman movement as visions with messages that concern the apocalypse – that it has been caused by an ‘planet ship’ called the Nibiru that suddenly teleported itself within earth’s gravitational field, causing the planetary axis shift that became the apocalypse for 21st century earth, that there are still benevolent forces, namely the hoffman movement, quietly picking the pieces to help in the recovery of the earth after the apocalypse, & etc. Dara is but one of a few that agents of the hoffman movement have implanted these “prophecy nanobytes” to gradually help surviving humanity, whether mutated or not, that aliens did not cause the apocalypse out of their capriciousness, and that they are slowly, 7 quietly helping humanity to recover. She is one of the few who are confused why they get these visions, attributing them to be the results of mutations they have acquired upon surviving the apocalypse.
